Bibstyle & Alias für Zitat, 2 Fragen

Hallo liebe Community,

ich bin Latex-Greenhorn und habe 2 Fragen:

1. Ich zitiere von der " International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry und International Union of Biochemistry" und habe dies aufgrund der Länge im Text konsequent als "IUPAC und IUB" referenziert.

wie kann man das erreichen?

2. Mit sagt der DIN-Stil nicht sehr zu, mehr dagegen der agsm-(Harvard)-Style. Dort stehe ich natürlich vor dem Problem, dass dieser nicht eingedeutscht ist. Wie kann ich das hinbekommen? Und wie kann ich, wenn ich o.g. Alias im Text habe, in der Literaturliste auf dieses Alias hinweisen, damit man es zuordnen kann?
