Ich versuche gerade ein document zu veröffentlichen (bei arXiv) d.h. ich sende denen mein tex file die senden mir die error message zurück. Bei mir compiliert das tex file ohne Probleme mit Kile (auf einer ubuntu maschine) nur wenn ich den Befehl

texexec --dvi --nobackend dipl.tex

auf der Konsole ausführe bekomme ich den selben Fehler den mir arXiv zurückschickt (siehe unten)
mir sagt die error message überhaupt nix
kann mir irgendjemand mal einen tip geben was ich falsch mache?
(aus irgendwelchen Gründen kann ich in dieses Forum kein tex file hochladen???)

Offensichtlich wird der Quelltext dort nicht mit LaTeX, sondern mit ConTeXt (http://www.pragma-ade.com/) gesetzt. Das ist - ähnlich wie LaTeX - ein Makropaket, das auf TeX aufsetzt. Die Syntax von Quelltexten für ConTeXt sieht jedoch ganz anders aus.

Du siehst selbst den Unterschied. Die Dokumentation von ConTeXt ist sehr umfangreich und die Umwandlung der Quellen dürfte sehr lange dauern. Es ist fraglich, ob sich das lohnt. Andererseits scheint es schwer vorstellbar, das dort keine Quellen für LaTeX akzeptiert werden.
