beamer: höhe des frametitle rahmens ändern

Ich möchte den Rahmen des Frametitels verkleinern. Mit
\setbeamerfont{frametitle}{size=\small} konnte ich die Schriftgröße ändern. Aber wie kann ich die Höhe der grauen Box verändern in der der Frametitel (History) steht?

Durch herumprobieren bin ich jetzt daraufgekommen, dass man mit:


\useframetitletemplate{\vbox{\tinycolouredline{gra y!25}{123}}}

den Frametitle verändern kann. Allerdings bleibt ein weißer, ungewünschter strich über der Box. Hat jemand eine Lösung wie man die Höhe der \vbox verändert und diese nach oben schieben kann? Siehe Seite 2 des Ergebnispdf!!
